Donald Trump is going after Commie China. All while the union leaders that would benefit from tariffs on China are attacking Mr. Trump. Why do they fail to represent their suffering workers? A total disconnect. Sadly, it's a new world-wide phenomenon.
Then Laffey moves to discuss the slanted coverage of a U.S. Senate primary in Colorado....The world is finally catching up to what Laffey has been saying for 15 years! Steve Laffey guest writes for the Providence Journal "Steve Laffey: Pension debt means Providence's demise" http://www.providencejournal.com/opinion/20160820/steve-laffey-pension-debt-means-providences-demise
With all the faulty analysis on “Climate Change”, Global Warming, and the myriad of other hoaxes perpetrated upon decent hard working Americans, it is strange that no one seems to have picked up on the latest change in estimates about our World. The number of trees in the world has been underestimated- by over 2.6 billion trees, or a factor of 7!
That’s right. As the WSJ reported on September 3, 2015: http://www.wsj.com/articles/world-has-many-more-trees-than-previously-thought-new-report-says-1441216380 All those great scientists were just wrong and wrong by as much as the flat earth people prior to Galileo’s assertions. Let’s see, if there are 2.6 billion extra trees around sucking in all that bad CO2 emitted by those evil cars and trucks, maybe that explains some of the reason that the Earth has not been getting any warmer over the last 15 years. But the scientists will not give up or give in…they are still worried that “Human activity…has drastically reduced tree populations. They estimate that humans cut down more than 15 billion trees a year.” Wow, sounds like a lot of trees…and the writer, like most of these journalists, is either lazy or can’t do simple math. It's one thing to cut down 15 billion trees if there were 400 billion trees or a loss ration of 3.75%..... but it is a whole other thing to cut down 15 billion trees when there are 3.04 TRILLION trees; or a loss ratio of .5%! As the average tree lasts less than 200 years this means there are more trees each year! I am sure it was “Settled Science” that we were running out of trees before this new study…Actually I am sure it is still “Settled” even after the report, as the "Settled Science People" really don’t care about the facts, but only about holding others back from living a good life and advancing their religion- the religion of the trees! |
